She has than 10 years of experience in marketing, communications, and brand strategy in the construction industry.
Prior to joining Senate, Cardillo served as the marketing manager at Erland Construction where she was responsible for the conception and execution of all marketing communications programs including public relations, event planning, content and branding, and social media.
