Rudy Barajas
Boston – City Point Partners recently announced that Rudy Barajas, a 30‐year veteran of the architecture/engineering/construction industry, has joined the company as its manager of construction services.
His extensive experience includes projects in affordable housing, assisted living, public schools and charter schools, as well a variety of building types while serving municipal clients. He also has developed a specific expertise in modular building construction.
Barajas will be managing the oversight of construction of a five‐story independent living facility at Linden Ponds in Hingham for Erickson Living, among his other responsibilities.
