Mark Rich
Agawam, MA – Sound Seal, a Catalyst Acoustics Group company, has named Mark Rich as its new vice president of sales and general manager.
Rich joined the Catalyst organization in 2021 when he was hired to lead Lamvin’s business development opportunities and channel expansion efforts. In his new role, he will be responsible for expanding product offerings and increasing sales, and growing Sound Seal’s network.
Prior to joining Catalyst, he held leadership positions in sales, marketing and operations, most recently at Smith & Wesson. His experience also includes account management, customer relationship-building, and manufacturing operations.
