Lancaster, PA – Wohlsen announced the promotion of Lisa Murray to director of human capital solutions.
She will be responsible for managing the human resources team, focusing on team member recruitment & retention, learning and development, and career advancement opportunities for all team members.
Before joining Wohlsen, Murray has served for over 18 years as a consultant, coach and trainer for individuals and companies in a variety of industries, non-profit organizations, and education institutions. Her areas of expertise include emotional intelligence, leadership styles, effective communication, assertiveness, and resiliency in the workplace.
