Boston – Megan McDonald will be installed as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) of the Institute of Real Estate Management during the IREM Boston Industry Partners Appreciation Night and Networking Event at Nines at Granite Links in Quincy on July 11.
McDonald is the property manager at Lynnfield Commons in Lynnfield, Mass., a John M. Corcoran & Company community. The ARM residential property management certification teaches early-career real estate managers the core competencies to manage residential properties successfully.
“It’s a pleasure to announce Megan’s achievement,” said Chris Salamanis-Rivera, 2024 president of IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 and vice president, learning and development with Beacon Communities. “ARM certification is highly valued within the property management industry, and attaining its designation is a professional milestone.”
