Alison Lies
Concord, MA – Winstanley Enterprises announced it hired Alison Lies as executive vice president.
In this role, Lies will oversee financing, joint ventures, acquisition, development, and portfolio financial analyses working closely with Winstanley’s in-house asset management, construction management, and property management teams.
Lies has over 20 years of experience in real estate finance, asset management and development. She joins the firm with a focus on multifamily, mixed-use, retail strip centers, enclosed malls, lifestyle centers, and urban street retail. Prior to joining the firm, she served as chief investment officer at Gazit Horizons.
