Cindy Lattanzio
Hamden CT – Cindy Lattanzio recently joined Hoffmann Architects as the firm’s first human resources manager.
Lattanzio is responsible for overseeing recruiting, hiring, and retention, as well as for administering benefits and compensation, providing management coaching, and improving job satisfaction and employee engagement for the entire staff.
She spearheads performance and development reviews and works collaboratively with senior management to plan competitive compensation, incentive, and recognition programs, while soliciting employee feedback to improve communication and facilitate teamwork.
