New Britain, CT – Kaestle Boos Associates, Inc. announced the promotion of six staff members to associate: Todd Costa, RA; Joseph Milani, RA, LEED AP; and Kristen Smith in the Foxborough, Mass., office, and Paul Dominov, RA; Benjamin Monroe, AIA, LEED AP BD+C; and Suzy Schuck in the New Britain, Conn. office.
Costa joined Kaestle Boos in 1999 and is a registered architect in Mass. He specializes in public safety facility planning and design.
A registered architect in Conn., Dominov has been with the firm for nine years and has more than 20 years of experience in the design of both large and smaller-scale public and residential facilities.
Milani is a registered architect in Mass. and has been with Kaestle Boos for more than 12 years. He has more than 30 years of experience with municipal, educational, public safety, and commercial facilities.
Monroe joined the company in 2007 and is a registered architect in Conn. and Mass.
Schuck has been with Kaestle Boos for 10 years and leads the marketing team. With nearly 20 years experience, she oversees corporate communications, proposal coordination, and event planning.
Smith is a senior interior designer and space planner with more than 20 years of experience in the organization and design of educational, public safety, and municipal facilities.
