JMC Adds Two to Operations Group

Richard & KyleMaynard, MA – M Coull (JMC) recently announced the hire of Jim Bourgeois as senior project manager and Scott Kirouac as assistant project manager. The two are involved in several of the firm’s healthcare and education projects, and will be instrumental in managing future opportunities.

Bourgeois, a resident of Woburn, will oversee JMC’s largest healthcare project to date – a 68,000 sf renovation for Lowell Community Health Center (LCHC) with a total value of $26 million. The scope calls for extensive renovations on multiple floors of a former mill building, and will provide patients with comprehensive medical and dental care. Bourgeois brings more than 30 years of experience to his role, including his previous work at JMC as a project manager. He joins the company from Nelco Worldwide.

Kirouac is supporting JMC’s current projects for Northeastern University and Worcester Campus Services at UMass Medical School’s Ambulatory Care Center. He will also assist Bourgeois on the LCHC project. Kirouac has five years of management and field experience, and comes to the company from Erland Construction. He resides in Lunenburg.

COO Josh Brandt comments, “I’m thrilled that JM Coull is adding to our operations staff. This has been a great year for us on many levels – from unique project opportunities, to new clients, to internal growth. Jim and Scott have given us the flexibility we needed to not only for our current operations, but to plan for expanded capabilities down the road.”
