Waltham, MA – Hobbs Brook Management LLC recently announced that Brad J. Swinnerton has joined the firm as a commercial real estate construction project manager. Brad will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of commercial real estate development projects, including office space renovations, tenant improvements, and property repositioning.

Brad brings 32 years of experience in all aspects of property management and construction management for commercial and multifamily properties. Previously, Brad served as the Northeast capital projects manager at Healthcare Trust of America, and as the assistant vice president of capital projects and commercial property management at Northland Investment Corporation.
Brad received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stonehill College. He is a member of the Boston Owner and Managers Association (BOMA).
