Joe DeFarias
Boston – Group One Partners, Inc. has hired Joe DeFarias as job captain.
He is responsible for preparing design development and construction documents, adhering to building code compliance, directing other drafters, and assisting with preliminary and final architectural solutions.
DeFarias is working currently on the Westin Waterfront conference room expansion project on Summer St. in Boston and the expansion of the Hotel Commonwealth in Boston’s Back Bay/Kenmore Square area.
Prior to joining Group One, he worked at the Design Partnership of Cambridge.
