Thomas Tsaros, PE, has joined the firm to support the company’s energy and infrastructure service line. He has over 20 years of experience in the development of energy and infrastructure projects cross the U.S. and in Europe.
Zinoviy Kuperman has joined Fitzemeyer & Tocci with over 20 years of electrical engineering experience, most recently at the Portsmouth Naval Yard. He has provided electrical engineering expertise to commercial and institutional clients nationally.
Elaine Crann, CF APMP, has joined s senior marketing coordinator. She spent the last 11 years at Sebesta as proposal manager and has extensive experience in business development, proposal management, and event planning, as well as content management and marketing services.
