Quincy, MA – Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 recently held an economic forecast and “Growth is strong throughout the country” was the message delivered during the address.
“The Economy in 2022: The Great Renegotiation” was presented virtually by Elliot F. Eisenberg, Ph. D., president of GraphsandLaughs, LLC. During the presentation, the keynote speaker addressed a wide range of economic aspects from the commercial construction index to the apartment rental landscape.
According to IREM, He predicted that “the Federal Reserve will not raise rates until March 22; the United States should create 4 million jobs; and inflation should weaken but spending on services will rise.”
