Dallas/Ft. Worth – E4H Environments for Health recently announced the appointment of Larry LeMaster, CPA, as the firm’s new Chief Financial Officer. Based in the Dallas/Ft. Worth E4H office, LeMaster brings an impressive background in finance within architecture businesses and will join the executive leadership team to provide his expertise to assist the firm to hit its strategic goals.
LeMaster will work closely with founding partners Dan Morris and Jill Boardman, as well as leadership from all five national offices. “We’re excited to have Larry on board, as he brings a wealth of knowledge in growing a multi-region healthcare architecture platform,” said Morris.
E4H offers comprehensive architectural services in healthcare design. With 140 healthcare planners and architects in offices across the United States, the firm has collectively completed more than 5,000 healthcare projects over the past three decades. The E4H portfolio includes over $5 billion in projects, encompassing community hospitals, academic medical centers, life science laboratories, R&D space, children’s hospitals, behavioral health facilities, ambulatory care centers, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living, and medical office buildings. Services include master planning, architecture, and interior design.

Before joining E4H, LeMaster served as Executive Vice President, CFO at Wilson Associates, where he set and enforced all strategic initiatives including M&A, financial performance, cash-flow management, budgeting and forecasting, and firm value management. Prior to that role, LeMaster spent 22 years at HKS, Inc., rising through the ranks from Controller to Vice President of Finance and ultimately Principal, CFO. He helped the company open nine new offices and navigate eight acquisitions during the early 2000s. LeMaster was instrumental in helping HKS recover from the 2008 financial crisis that slowed construction spending.
In 2007, LeMaster received the “Stevie Award” naming him Best CFO of the Year in the U.S. The following year, Dallas Business Journal named him a finalist for Best CFO of the Year, Dallas 2008. A Texas native, LeMaster received his BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Texas, where he joined Alpha Kappa Psi, the National Business Fraternity, and served as Vice President and chair of various committees.
