Middletown, CT – C.E. Floyd Company, PBC, a general contractor and construction manager, announced it has added four to its estimating team in the Middletown office.
Agnes Kochanowicz joins as senior estimator to lead the company’s Connecticut efforts. She brings experience in the private educational, country club and commercial markets. During her 30 years of experience, Kochanowicz has worked as a project manager, superintendent and estimator.
Cesar Velez joins as estimator. He has more than 15 years of experience estimating for the steel and masonry trades, most recently as chief estimator for Current Coreslab Structures. He’s also worked as a CADD drafter.
Caroline Geraghty joins as estimator. Geraghty, who has a Bachelor of Civil Law, briefly worked as a paralegal before moving into the construction industry as an estimator for StructureCraft Contracting in New York. Representatives of C.E. Floyd Company say her experience with grocery retailers will add value for the firm’s long-time client Big Y Foods, Inc.
Cary Becker joins as estimating engineer. He has seven years of experience in the construction industry working as an engineered wood product designer at 7D Wholesale and as a project manager and estimator for Encore Fire Protection.
