Shad Brook
Middleton, MA – The Procopio Companies announced the promotion of Shad Brook to chief operating officer. He previously held the position of director of operational excellence.
Brook began his career at Procopio in the spring of 2021, bringing with him two decades of defense manufacturing and construction executive experience. Prior to Procopio, he held roles as senior manager of operations quality for Raytheon Technologies, as well as national director of quality for Suffolk Construction. He is also a licensed journeyman electrician in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
In his new role, Brook is responsible for tactically executing Procopio’s vision. He is responsible for integrating all major functions of Procopio while increasing operational efficiencies, developing and aligning the team, deploying risk management strategies, and growing profitability.
