Worcester, MA – Lamoureux Pagano Associates | Architects (LPA|A) announced that two of the firm’s associate principals have earned director roles at the company. Michael Oldakowski was promoted to building envelope technology director and Christopher Lee was promoted to design director.
Oldakowski has been at the firm for 25 years, developing expertise in the design of buildings’ exterior envelopes. He leads an internal practice group to advance staff understanding of exterior envelope design, discuss best practices for designing and detailing exterior envelope assemblies.
Lee has been at the firm for more than 10 years. As design director, he is taking on more leadership responsibilities related to the firm’s architectural design. Among the responsibilities associated with this new leadership role are managing design teams, maintaining the firm’s high standards for design on all projects, and fostering the collaborative and creative design culture that is a core value for LPA|A.
