Boston, MA – WorldTech Engineering was recently awarded a contract for the Design and Contract
Administration of the Masonry Restoration of Methunion Manor Apartments in Boston’s
historic South End neighborhood. This property is comprised of four buildings on Columbus
Avenue and is managed by Maloney Properties Inc. of Wellesley, Massachusetts.
WorldTech was awarded a contract to provide Contract Documents for re-roofing these
buildings earlier this year. The re-roofing project was recently awarded to Eagle Restoration
and Contracting and is expected to begin in September 2010. Maloney Properties, pleased
with WorldTech’s performance with the re-roofing project documents and bidding process,
requested their services for the masonry restoration of one of the four buildings that comprise
Methunion Manor Apartments.
This project is currently in design and expected to invite proposals this year.
