Boston – Wise Construction, of Winchester, will manage the renovation of Zipcar’s new corporate headquarters at 35 Thomson Place in Boston. Wise will manage construction and renovation of 42,600sf of office space, revamping all six floors of the space in preparation for 200 employees moving from Cambridge to Zipcar’s new downtown location.
Margulies Perruzzi Architects of Boston is designing the project.
