Manchester, MA- Windover Construction announced three recent promotions.
Hannah Ginley has been promoted to director of organizational development. She hasher over 15 years of administrative, marketing and human resources experience. Prior to joining Windover, she worked at the Harvard Business School as an administrative manager.
Kevin Hansen has been promoted to director of estimating. Prior to joining the Windover team, he held positions at several of the largest commercial construction firms in the area including Suffolk Construction and Shawmut Design and Construction.
Chris Koeplin was recently promoted to project executive. He has been with Windover since shortly after the company’s founding in 2005. He has a strong foundation in property and project management, and estimating. In his new role, he will focus on the firm’s Florida portfolio as well as institutional projects throughout New England.
