Rhiannon Casey has come on board as an Executive Assistant. She brings more than 10 years of experience supporting a number of organizations in the healthcare and financial industries. She holds a degree in English from UMass Dartmouth and lives in Beverly, MA.

Dennis Conlon is the newest member of Windover’s Field Support team, assisting on various jobsites. Prior to joining Windover, he ran his own property maintenance and landscaping business for 19 years. He currently lives in Middleton, MA.

Sara Husted joins Windover as an Executive Assistant. Sara has more than 10 years of administrative experience working at high-profile financial firms. She holds a degree from the University of New Hampshire, Durham and lives in Marblehead, MA.

Rick Medeiros has been hired as a Senior Estimator.  Prior to joining the Windover team, he spent 16 years with Berry (a division of Suffolk Construction) where he worked on numerous large-scale, complex urban assignments. Rick holds a degree in Construction Engineering from UMass Dartmouth and resides in Topsfield, MA.

Wendy Miller has recently come on board as Windover’s Florida Development Coordinator. Armed with 13 years of experience, she is an expert in all facets of real estate from business and operations to marketing and sales. At Windover, Wendy is responsible for managing the firm’s Florida development projects. She lives in Bonita Springs, FL.

Jennifer Robitaille has joined Windover as a Project Manager. A seasoned professional, she brings tremendous expertise to Windover’s commercial and institutional team. Jen specializes in the academic and banking markets, and most recently worked as a Project Manager at Shawmut Design & Construction. She holds a degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute and currently lives in Wilmington, MA.
