ManchesterR-By-The-Sea, MA – Windover recently announced the hiring of five new employees.
Maryann Bogart joins Windover as Director of Construction Accounting and System Process. She comes with over 27 years experience in financial management in the construction industry. Maryann studied computer science and accounting at Mercy College, Yonkers, NY and project management at Northeastern University, Boston, MA. She is a member of the Construction Financial Management and National Notary Associations and resides in Danvers, MA.
Tracey Hartford, Director of Business Development, joins Windover after spending nine years in a similar role at Berry where she specialized in educational construction projects. Tracey received her B.A. in international business from the University of Tampa, Tampa, FL. She is a member of the International Facility Managers Association and resides in Methuen, MA.
Henry Linscott joins Windover Construction’s Customer Service Group. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Linscott received his B.S. in civil engineering from San Diego State University, San Diego, CA and resides in Kittery, ME.
Tim Corbett, Assistant Superintendent joins Windover Construction after spending several years at some of New England’s largest construction firms. Tim has his B.S. in architecture from Norwich University, Northfield, VT and resides in Manchester, NH.
John Merchant, Superintendent, joins Windover Construction with over 12 years experience in supervising large-scale commercial construction projects in the research, healthcare and education markets. Merchant has his B.S. in environmental science from Salem State University, Salem, MA and resides in Andover, MA.
