William Morash Joins Elaine Construction Company

Newton, MA – William Morash recently joined Elaine Construction Company as Director of Project
Management. His responsibilities at Elaine will include providing leadership on many of Elaine’s most
complex programs and initiatives, and working with the company’s staff and clients on strategy, project
direction and best practices developed over a lifetime career in construction management.
Prior to joining Elaine, Bill was a Managing Director on Shawmut Design and Construction’s
leadership team. In this role, he provided senior oversight of large projects, and was responsible for
developing innovations and new approaches as the company grew and took on larger initiatives.
Bill began his career as a field engineer and progressed to superintendent, project manager and senior
construction executive in New England building companies including Turner, Kennedy & Rossi, and

Bill is active in many community and professional associations, including the Associated General
Contractors (AGC) of Massachusetts where he served in several board positions. He holds a B.S. degree
in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire, and is a graduate of Stanford Graduate
School of Business Executive Program for Growing Companies.
