The space is 74,000 s.f. spanning 6 floors, which include the top 5 floors of One Financial Plaza, located in the heart of the Financial District in Providence. Construction of phase 1 began at the end of January with project completion anticipated for the end of December 2012. The renovations include a reorganization of departments for a more functional and efficient layout, and new reception, waiting, and conference rooms.
