Boston, MA – TRO Jung|Brannen will be providing programming, masterplanning, and design management services for the construction phase of four new hospitals in Kuwait, including a pediatric hospital, a physiotherapy hospital, an orthopedic hospital, and a neurology hospital.

Boston, MA – TRO Jung|Brannen will be providing programming, masterplanning, and design management services for the construction phase of four new hospitals in Kuwait, including a pediatric hospital, a physiotherapy hospital, an orthopedic hospital, and a neurology hospital.

 

  This project is part of a 10-year, $12 billion hospital project launched by the Kuwait Ministry of Public Works and the Ministry of Health to upgrade the country’s healthcare infrastructure.

 

Jerrell Angell, AIA, LEED AP, Principal, will be Principal-in-Charge of the project. Team members also include David Deininger, AIA, LEED AP; John Downes, LEED AP; Dan Muntean, ARB RIBA; and Paul Fallon, RA, LEED AP.Tighe & Bond Scholarships Awarded 

Westfield, MA -Tighe & Bond, Inc. recently funded scholarships awarded through the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts to assist three local college 
students pursuing their engineering degrees. All three were 2009  graduates.

“There is a shortage of qualified engineers in the marketplace today. It is critical that we encourage our local youth who are outstanding students to pursue careers in engineering,” said David Pinsky, Tighe & Bond president.

Michael Trudell a graduate of Holyoke High School is the recipient of the Edward J. Bayon Memorial Scholarship; Aaron Sabbs  a graduate  of South Hadley High Schoolis the recipient of the George H. McDonnell Scholarship, and  William Sterritt, a graduate of Longmeadow High School, is the recipient of the Philip W. Sheridan–Tighe & Bond Scholarship.
