Woburn, MA – Trinity Building + Construction Management Corp, a Mass. based general contracting and construction management firm, has undergone a full corporate re-brand in celebration of its five years in business. Trinity has also tripled its number of estimating employees and doubled its number of project management employees.
The company will therefore relocate to a larger office space, in Wilmington, to accommodate for this growth. “This is an exciting time for Trinity, as we are progressing in our field, solidifying our presence in new markets and maintaining focus on continuous growth and improvement,” said Paul Mancini, Trinity partner and founder. “We realized the need for a visual identity to help us convey this focus to current and potential clients, as well as our business partners and employees.”
Trinity’s new logo is an equilateral triangle, which symbolizes its three business partners and founders— Matthew Kilty, Paul Mancini, and David Story. The logo is comprised of six smaller triangles that reach upward from a vibrant shade of orange at the base to white at the tips, representing the company’s internal growth and expansion into new markets, such as Philadelphia, Miami and New York City. Since 2009, Trinity has completed eight projects in New York City, including the build out of the famous seafood landmark, Oceana restaurant, which earned the team a “Best of 2009 Project” award from McGraw.
“We’re extremely proud of all we’ve accomplished in a short period of time,” said David Story, Trinity partner and founder. “We have successfully forged long term partnerships with clients, architects, and subcontractors, we’ve grown into new markets and most importantly, we’ve consistently conducted our business with integrity and placed our clients first”.
The company’s steady focus on growth will soon result in its biggest change to date — a relocation to Wilmington. The new location is equipped with increased meeting space for project teams and larger employee work spaces. There also will be an improved IT infrastructure and green components incorporated into the space, including skylights for daylighting, occupancy sensors to control office lighting, high efficiency light fixtures, and energy efficient appliances. “We attribute our success to our passionate and dedicated employees and look forward to all they will achieve in the coming years,” said Matthew Kilty, Trinity partner and founder. “This new space will better accommodate the Trinity team and help us prepare for our future growth.”
