King Industries breaks ground on new Waterbury manufacturing campus.
Waterbury, CT – King Industries, a Norwalk-based specialty chemical manufacturer, has chosen Tecton Architects to design a new manufacturing campus in Waterbury.
The specialized 90,000sf facility on 11 acres will include process infrastructure, manufacturing, labs, and warehousing.
Working with O&G Industries, IDEA Engineering, and Milone & MacBroom, the campus will be delivered in phases, starting with a substantial land preparation effort currently under way.
