South Hamilton, MA – Rhino Public Relations announced that founder and principal Susan R. Shelby, CPSM, was named a Fellow of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (FSMPS). The 2012 Class of Fellows was recently honored at the SMPS Awards Gala in San Francisco as a part of Build Business, the SMPS National Conference.
Since joining the AEC industry in 2001, Shelby has held many leadership roles for the SMPS Boston Chapter, working on several committees, the board of directors, and in the role of president-elect, president, and past-president. She is a frequent presenter on PR and marketing topics for many industry organizations, including the SMPS Northeast Regional Conference.
With more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and public relations, Shelby founded Rhino Public Relations in 2004 to help professional services firms “take charge” of their PR and marketing initiatives.
