Manchester, NH – Brookstone Builders recently completed a design/build renovation project for St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua.
The project involved a complete interior fit-up of a new 4,800sf microbiology laboratory at the hospital’s Academic Center, that houses the School of Nursing at the Kinsley Street campus. The scope-of-work included the installation of air conditioning, a supplemental heating system, bathroom renovations and all new finishes.
As a design/build project, a team consisting of general contractor Brookstone Builders,Inc., electrical contractor Dunwell Electric of Nashua, and mechanical contractor Armand Lemire of Bow collaborated with the hospital from the project’s onset, thus promoting logistical economies, process efficiency and greater accountability.
