Tewksbury, MA – Radio Mobile Access continues its expansion at Ames Pond Corporate Center in Tewksbury with turnkey solutions for construction managed by developer Leggat McCall Properties. Initially, the project was constructed as “spec” space to allow for flexibility with prospective tenants.
Spaceworks Architectural Interiors of Boston provided a 100% reusable and reconfigurable solution. The project included a full complement of Spaceworks’ interior products: reusable prefinished drywall, glass sidelights, doors, frames, and hardware, and raised access floors. Now, with continued expansion, the model proves its worth.
In this latest reconfiguration and expansion, none of the originally installed product was demolished or disposed. 100% was incorporated into the new installation, with new product incorporated for the expansion. Spaceworks worked with team members Dacon as the general contractor and Spagnolo Gisness as the architect to complete the project.
Spaceworks Architectural Interiors also recently completed small projects for two organizations that demonstrate the value of its approach when confronting the need to complete small projects quickly.
Spaceworks completed an office for Charles River Associates in Ashland with less than a week leadtime, and in one morning’s onsite installation. The pre-finished drywall and preordered glass allowed for a simple, affordable office to be constructed, before lunchtime. A second recent small project in Hartford, Conn. was planned, ordered, installed, and occupied in under a week.
