Southern CT BOMA to Host Trade Show for RE Professionals

Bloomfield, CT – The Southern Connecticut Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), an organization for commercial real estate industry professionals affiliated with BOMA International, announces its annual Trade Show at the Stamford Marriott, 17 March 2011 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.

Allied BOMA Members, including architects, engineers, vendors, and manufacturers, will exhibit at the Trade Show, providing building owners and managers with information on products and services necessary to the operation of commercial properties. “All attendees will greatly benefit from seeing and learning about the most current offerings in equipment, technology and services for real estate property management,” said Jodi Gutierrez, Southern CT BOMA President, VP of Property Management, George Comfort & Sons, Inc. and on-site property manager of High Ridge Park Corporate Center in Stamford.

The event offers networking opportunities for real estate professionals in a social setting. To celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, the evening’s “luck of the Irish” entertainment will include green beer, traditional corned beef, a bag piper, and television viewing of the Final Four playoffs.

Grand prize at this year’s Trade Show raffle is a one week stay at the Hawks Cay Resort in the Florida Keys, along with a $400 travel voucher, sponsored by Tri-State High Rise Services. Other prizes include a flat-screen TV, a Netbook, a BluRay/DVD player (sponsored by Otis Elevator), and flip camcorders (sponsored by Eastern Land Management and Interstate Restoration).
