Wilmington, MA – Trinity Building + Construction Management Corp. recently announced that its Senior Project Manager, Ryan Smith, has been promoted to Director of Business Development.

Smith has been with Trinity for 4 years, as a Senior Project Manager, and has extensive experience working with high-profile retail, hospitality and corporate clients on challenging one off, multi concept and prototype projects. With a focus on project development, Smith continuously seeks ways to foster meaningful relationships and nurture them over the long-term.
In his new role as Director of Business Development, Ryan will be overseeing tracking and maintaining of current client relationships. While assisting the Project Managers in that effort, he has already made in roads with new clients, developers and architects. Ryan is involved with industry organizations such as NAIOP, IIDA, ICSC and Bisnow, and philanthropic organizations such as Architecture for Humanity.
