Shirley, MA – Recently, Bill Hamel, Senior Project Manager of Senate Construction became LEED Green Associate Certified which is the first step in becoming LEED AP,; and Jon Karp, Director of Senate Construction’s Small Projects Division and Joel Delorey, Project Superintendent with Senate became EPA Certified Renovators. The RRP Rule (Renovation, Repair and Paint Rule) requires contractors to obtain certification for both their business and for employees who will be supervising work and use lead-safe work practices when performing work on pre-1978 residential housing or space rented by child-care facilities.
