Shirley, MA – Robert France will assume the role of Chairman of the Board and CEO at Senate Construction, Shirley, MA. Bob founded the company in 1990 and has served as President. In his new position, Bob will focus on developing new relations working closely with clients to develop their projects, as well as maintaining past relations. “Our Mission begins with the understanding of our Clients’ Business needs which is integral to our ability to deliver the
Construction Solution that best suits our Client.”

Bob currently holds the positions as Treasurer of the Associated General Contractors (Massachusetts Chapter) for the 2010 – 2011 year and Chairman of the Builder Advisory Council of Chief Buildings, Inc., Grand Island, Nebraska.

William Hamel will assume the role of President and COO. Bill joined Senate as a site superintendent then two years later promoted to Project Manager and Safety Director. Reporting to the CEO, Bill will
be responsible for Operations including management of the staff. “Bill has been a vital part of Senate Construction and has proven himself to be a leader among his peers,” said Bob France, CEO of Senate and “he brings a high level of expertise to complex projects”. Bill is eager for the
challenge of leading the company into the future focusing on improving communications and company culture.

Brian Trickett who is currently a Project Manager at Senate will take on the responsibility of Safety Director. Senate’s ongoing effort to maintain a safe working atmosphere and jobsite conditions for its employees, subcontractors and clients is a daily commitment. Brian joined the
company in 2007. With over 30 years in construction, previously serving as Project Manager and Superintendent with Delphi Construction, and Superintendent with R. L. Jeannotte, Inc., Brian is looking forward to his new role as Safety Director and will work closely with sub-contractors,
vendors, project superintendents, clients and insurance companies.
Brian is a member of American Society of Safety Engineers and is CPR and First Aid certified and has extensive OSHA training. Brian is active in both the American Liver Foundation and American Red Cross.
