Burlington, MA – Erland Construction announced that Scott Bates has joined the firm as director of project development. He brings more than 20 years of experience as a seasoned construction executive with a strong background in marketing, business development, and project management.
Bates will be responsible for Erland’s strategic planning, marketing strategy and business development efforts throughout New England and work to increase the Company’s penetration into various new market sectors.
Prior to joining Erland, he held leadership roles at Tishman Construction Corporation of New England.
