Boston – Steffian Bradley Architects (SBA) recently  promoted six senior staff members to new positions within the company.

Nico Flannery-Pitcher, IIDA, Kathleen Ledoux, AIA, LEED AP and Luke Thiboutot, AIA have become Senior Associates in SBA’s Boston office.

Nico Flannery-Pitcher, IIDA has over 10 years of interior design experience and has been with SBA for more than half of her career, providing interior design leadership on a variety of projects. She was the lead designer on the Winchester Hospital Center for Cancer Care, which recently received LEED-CI Gold Certification. Nico is also the lead designer on the 140,000 square foot Hospital of Central Connecticut Cancer Center & Medical Office Building, now under construction.

Kathleen Ledoux, AIA, LEED AP has 25 years of experience working on complex building projects. Since joining SBA in early 2012, Kathleen has been involved in the management of several projects for Atrius Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, including their new medical office building in Concord. Other key projects include a fit-out for Fenway Community Health Center and the new Mission Park Community Building. She has taken a leadership role within the firm, participating in SBA’s Sustainability and Project Management Tiger Teams.

Luke Thiboutot, AIA has over 15 years of architectural experience and has been with SBA since 2010, working on a variety of projects. His most recent accomplishment was providing project management for a new construction and renovation project at the University of Connecticut Health Center, which includes a 315,000 square foot new bed tower and 160,000 square feet of renovations.

Rebeccah Eldridge, AIA, LEED AP, Mark Fobert, AIA, and Karri May, AIA, LEED AP BD+C have become Associates in SBA’s Enfield Office.

Rebeccah Eldridge, AIA, LEED AP has worked at SBA for over 10 years, contributing to the design and management of healthcare projects for clients in Massachusetts and Connecticut, including the recently completed 35,000 square foot Baystate Orthopedic Surgery Center. Rebeccah focuses on all design aspects of the project from the initial design concepts through construction, and is currently working on a Pediatric Outpatient Specialty Center for Baystate Children’s Hospital.

Mark Fobert, AIA joined SBA two years ago, and has been managing projects for the Holyoke Soldiers Home and Baystate Health. Mark recently finished the construction administration for Baystate Medical Center’s new 78,000 square foot Emergency Department and Trauma Center, the largest emergency department in the state of Massachusetts.

Karri L. May, AIA, LEED AP BD+C joined SBA a year and a half ago, and has been focused on the design of healthcare projects in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York. In her time at SBA, Karri has worked on projects for Health Quest, Baystate Health and the University of Connecticut Health Center. Karri is currently managing an 80,000 square foot new hospital addition for Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, NY. Outside of the office, Karri is involved in the
Professional Women in Construction, and led SBA’s team in last year’s CANstruction event, a charity for the design and construction industry.
