Rielly Joins Roundhill

Boston – Roundhill Construction announced that Timothy Rielly has joined the firm as vice president – pre-construction & estimating.
In his new position, Rielly will be responsible for conceptual estimates, baseline scheduling, value engineering and value design, scope reviews, bid and competitive estimates, and oversight of subcontractor qualifications, purchasing and documentation. He also will be responsible for set-up of cloud-based systems to track subcontractor interactions and document distribution.
Prior to joining Roundhill, Rielly served as director of pre-construction services with J. Calnan & Assoc. of Quincy. During his 30-year career as a construction estimator, he also worked at Shawmut Design & Construction in Boston, Payton Construction in Boston, and Maggiore Builders in Woburn.
