South Hamilton, Ma – Rhino Public Relations recently announced today that Julie Cunningham has joined the firm as an account executive. In her new role, Julie will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of Rhino PR client programs and working with the account team on the management of client accounts.
Julie is a media professional with nearly a decade of experience working in Boston’s fast-paced television news market. Prior to joining the team at Rhino PR, Julie worked as a news producer at NECN (New England Cable News), where more than four million viewers saw the results of her work every night. Her creative, outside-the-box thinking on programs such as NECN Business earned her a solid reputation as a clear and compelling voice for companies large and small. Through this experience, Julie has built and maintained a vast network of contacts across many major media outlets, businesses and government offices.
Julie graduated from St. Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and mass communication. Since 2005, Julie has been involved in multiple post-hurricane rebuilding projects in New Orleans. She is also a longtime participant with The Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk. In the past five years, she has helped mentor several budding communications professionals in the Boston area.
