Randolph, MA – Pro Con Inc of Manchester, New Hampshire has completed three new apartment buildings at Rosemont Square, adding an additional 120 apartment homes to the existing 384 garden style apartments in the community. The Praedium Group, a New York City-based national real estate investment firm and its partner, Beacon Communities of Boston were the project developers. Davis Square Architects of Somerville, MA was the project architect and Stantec Consulting of Boston was the landscape architect. Pro Con Inc of Manchester, NH was the general contractor for the Rosemont Square expansion project.
“We received the certificate of occupancy for the last building in November and residents have moved into all three buildings,” stated the project manager for Pro Con Inc.
Each of the 840 SF, one-bedroom apartments feature a fully furnished kitchen with Energy Star appliances, washer and dryer, and individual balconies with sliding glass doors. Six of the units are accessible apartments and some units have open kitchen floor plans. The new apartments are located in three, four-story garden-style buildings with elevators.
