Bolton Office Park
Braintree, MA – Polar Design Build has been selected to implement tenant improvements to a 16,680sf space encompassing two floors within Bolton Office Park for Headwall Photonics, Inc. (HPI) of Bolton.
The Headwall tenant fit-up will consist of a creative open space environment that includes perimeter work stations, conference rooms, and private offices.
Within the space there will be engineering labs for laser technology along with light component assemble. All mechanical systems will be upgraded, a new main lobby entrance, and a modern employee lounge area with direct access to the center courtyard. Future expansion space has been incorporated into the design to handle the tenants anticipated growth. In addition, HPI employees will have full access to the onsite fitness center to promote a campus setting for its personnel.
HPI has an international customer base, and is a competitor in several markets including industrial inspection, defense, remote sensors, and biotech. It manufactures its products in high volumes; thus, the new location will allow the organization to achieve the operational efficiencies it requires to meet the demands of its consumers.
Headwall’s new office is situated close to Route 495 which makes it a convenient location for commuters.
