Hudson, MA – PMA Consultants announced that it is nearing final completion on the new David J Quinn Middle School in Hudson.
This $44 million project consists of 117,920sf of new construction including a new Cafeteria/auditorium, gymnasium, administrative space, state of the art technology throughout the new building, and extensive sitework.
The school will replace the adjacent existing JFK Middle School, which remained operational during construction and has been demolished with the completion of the new David J Quinn Middle School. PMA Consultants is providing comprehensive owner’s project management services and acts as the liaison between the town, design team and General Contractor.
The project is on track to be LEED Silver Certified, with the possibility of achieving LEED Gold Certification.
