Maynard, MA – Thomas Dube has been named vice president of business development and preconstruction at JM Coull, Inc.of Maynard. He has been with the firm five years, and will continue to manage all preconstruction activities including business development and marketing programs.
Christopher Oldham, JM Coull’s executive VP, has also been named chief operating officer to oversee the construction operations of the company. Oldham has been with the company for 20 years, and has held almost every operational role including project manager, and field superintendent, positioning him well to lead construction efforts.
Also, Richard Gilfoy has been hired as chief financial officer. He was most recently the chief financial officer at Cutler Associates, where he was responsible for all corporate financial matters and information technology.
