Andover, MA – Pare Corporation a planning and engineering firm with offices in Foxboro, was selected by the town of Andover in early 2012 to perform evaluations and prepare a Site Master Plan for seven of the Town’s public schools.
The plan included: traffic analyses, wetland delineation, geotechnical borings and pavement cores, and the evaluation of parking, site circulation, landscape, site lighting, pavement, and ADA issues. Full topographic and boundary surveys were also performed and supplied to the town for future designs and improvements in accordance with the plan.
PARE completed the Site Master Plan at the end of April and West Middle School was chosen as the first school for final design and construction of recommended improvements. Site improvements for the Doherty Middle School will be undertaken next, with construction scheduled for the summer of 2013.
