Durham, NH – North Branch Construction of Concord, NH has been awarded the design/build contract to perform the renovation to the University of New Hampshire’s McConnell Hall. The four-story, 60,000sf building previously home to the university’s business school will now be used as a classroom and office building for Psychology, Sociology, the Family Research Lab, and the College of Liberal Arts. Design work has already begun with construction expected to start in October and be completed by July of 2014.
