Concord, NH – Nobis Engineering, Inc. announced today that it has promoted three individuals of the firm.

Clarence “Tim” Andrews, PG has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Mr. Andrews has 18 years experience as a Remediation Manager, Site Superintendent, Contractor Quality Control Manager, and Site Safety and Health Officer on remedial construction projects. He has extensive underground storage tank/aboveground storage tank and environmental drilling experience. He currently manages Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and follow-up Phase II/III environmental investigations in accordance with ASTM standards for numerous clients.
Erin Reardon Lambert, PE, LEED AP has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Ms. Lambert has 16 years experience preparing site, grading, and utility plans, landfill closure plans, contract documents, technical specifications and performing drainage analyses. She also performs construction observation, soil erosion, and sediment control oversight. She is well-versed in Low Impact Development (LID) design using a combination of management and design practices that lessen the human impact on the environment, making for more healthy living spaces. She performs analyses to assist in resolution of construction disputes, quantities project schedule delays, and performs analyses to allocate project cost overruns to responsible parties.
Denis McGrath, CHMM has been promoted to Project Manager. Mr. McGrath has 16 years environmental science and engineering experience including managing environmental contamination investigations projects; design and implementation field investigation and data collection programs; environmental data management and data reduction; environmental data analysis and assessment; and environmental and geo-spatial data integration using the Global Position System and several Geographic Information System (GIS) platforms. Mr. McGrath is an expert in establishing Data Quality Objectives (DQO’s). Currently working on chemical and hazardous waste investigation, and remediation type projects. Mr. McGrath is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and belongs to the Academy of Certified Hazardous Materials Managers.
