Allen has 29 years experience in hydrogeology and geology, manages projects at government and private client sites with technical skills in hydrogeology, aqueous geochemistry, natural attenuation, and contaminant fate and transport.
Leduc, Nobis’s director of human resources, joined the firm in 1999. She is currently a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and has earned her HR certification as Professional Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute.
