Hookset, NH – North Branch Construction of Concord, has completed improvements to the interior and exterior of United Rentals’ new facility in Hooksett. The 23,000sf facility is a former PSNH warehouse and now includes warehouse, office, and showroom space, allowing the company to consolidate its Manchester and Hudson locations.
Construction included interior finishes, new lighting and ventilation, sitework and landscaping including truck ramps and site lighting, and the fit-up of a new equipment wash bay.
Design for the project was provided by Udelsman Associates of Hollis.
