Needham, MA – The Bulfinch Group is moving from 140 Kendrick Street to 160 Gould Street in Needham. Margulies Perruzzi Architects (MPA) has been selected to provide interior design services for 20,000sf of new office space.
The project scope includes private offices, workstations, a large training area, and a break room. The project is currently in design and expected to be completed in November 2012.
Jones Lang LaSalle is providing brokerage, project management, and construction management services.
The Bulfinch Group is headquartered in Needham, and operates offices throughout New England.
