Waltham, MA – J. Calnan & Associates, Inc., (JC&A) working collaboratively with Packard Design, WB Engineers and Cresa Partners, announced that it has recently welcomed Morse Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, PC, (MBBP).
The team successfully renovated 30,000sf of the City Point Building in Waltham. The project consisted of the complete demolition of the existing space, MEP improvements, several new conference and boardrooms, kitchens, private offices complete with high-end finishes, as well as a welcoming reception area.
Laurie Macdonald, firm administrator for MBBP said,” For the first time in our firm’s history, we were leaving the building where we’d started, and moving to a completely new environment. We knew how unsettling this experience might prove to be for us, and we knew how critical a role the construction management team would play in ensuring a successful project. We put our faith in the “Calnan Crew” and were not disappointed.”
All work was completed without disrupting the operations of the surrounding tenants.
