Boston – The New England SIOR Chapter announced Matthew T. Fair of Cushman & Wakefield | Hayes & Sherry of Providence, R.I. as the 2012 RW Holmes Scholarship Recipient. Incoming National SIOR President Terry Smith joined the New England Chapter in congratulating Fair and discussing the growth SIOR has achieved globally.
Fair joined Cushman & Wakefield | Hayes & Sherry in 2007 as a commercial real estate broker. His primary concentration is in the office division of estate services where he focuses on tenant representation and investment sales. He has been actively involved in over $50 million of real estate transactions, and his financial analyses have helped clients in a diverse cross-section of industries, realizing cost savings and improved efficiency through solid real estate strategy.
